what is a DIN-module?
a DIN module refers to standardised switchgear such as miniature circuit breakers, earth leakage units, isolators, push buttons, contactors, etc.

One module unit is 18mm wide with a 45mm high front face.
The number of modules is commonly referred to as number of poles or “ways”.

Example:
1-pole circuit breaker is 18mm wide,
2-pole circuit breaker is 36mm wide, etc.
